The structure of the training programme consists of four elements that will enable the ESRs to reach an excellent level of doctoral research:

• The academic training includes training on aspects of intellectual property, conferences, doctoral seminars and methodology seminars;
• The skills trainings focus on transferrable skills that ESRs need in a career in an academic or non-academic environment, in particular 1) Getting started, 2) Presenting and publishing, 3) Preparing for the labour market and 4) a Career Day.;
• The internship programme; and
• Visiting scientists.
